does it not worry you that the cash position has ballooned from just Rmb3M to Rmb132m? That really is just the problem with Chinese companies, you cannot be sure if the money is there. China milk is a great example.

The increase in cash was mainly due to the cash they raised from their IPO and in part due to the continuously healthy net profits they have been producing.

Stop speculating and trying to induce doubt in a clearly biased fashion without taking any effort to research for the facts.

Hi Alvis,

Yes, the increase in cash was due to IPO in 2008.

Regarding dividend, there is no fixed dividend policy, though 20% of earnings was distributed last year.

Do take note of the trade receivables.
