even in stock market. A sea of red for SG, HK and US stocks in my portfolio on Friday. Both my HK and US portfolio go to its recent low at -19% and -24% respectively while my SG portfolio is still good.
Mapletree Log Tr has announced another rights issue, and would be doing an advanced distribution of $0.0145. I would need to prepare some cash for this :)

dont buy reit, reit are suck, always ask for money, u end up paying them dividend,
